- Business information: service area, services offered, hours, existing website URL, competitor information you share with us.
- Payment information: billing name, billing address, and last four digits of your card. Full card numbers are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored on our systems.
- Communications: the content of text messages, emails, and call notes exchanged with us.
- Website usage data: when you visit voltarislabs.ai we may collect IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed via privacy- respecting analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Build and deliver the website and Services you requested
- Process payments and fulfil our obligations to you
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
- Send transactional messages about your account and Services
- Improve our website, offerings, and internal operations
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party artificial intelligence models.
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We share information with a small number of trusted service providers strictly as necessary to deliver our Services:
- Vercel hosts our website and, if elected, your website. Vercel processes traffic and log data.
- Stripe processes payments. Card data is handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
- Convex hosts our backend database of client records and communications.
- Close CRM stores contact and communication records for account management.
- Google Maps and Google Fonts may be embedded in your production site. Google collects usage data from your site visitors under Google’s own privacy policy.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Voltaris Labs, our clients, or the public.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use a minimal set of cookies for essential functionality (for example, remembering your theme preference or session state). We do not use advertising cookies. If you block cookies in your browser, most parts of the site will still work.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact and communication records for as long as you remain a client, plus a period of up to seven years after our relationship ends, so that we can honour tax, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request earlier deletion of any records that are not legally required to be retained.

You have the right to:

- Correct any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of any non-essential communications at any time

7. Text Message Communications
When you text us, you consent to us replying by text at that same number. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help.
8. Children
Our Services are intended for business owners aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on our internal systems, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet.
